Before you write, two things that answer most questions faster

The live demo is a complete sample property — working locks, thermostats, sensors, bookings, automations and analytics. It needs no account, no card and nothing installed, and it answers "what is this actually like to use" better than any description. The FAQ covers hardware, pricing, guest codes, booking-calendar sync and what happens when a device drops offline.

If something is wrong right now

Call. Email is fine for a question and wrong for a guest locked out of a property — the phone is answered by someone who can look at the account.

Already have an account? The assistant inside Homatic can explain why a specific automation did or did not fire, using that rule's own run log and the current state of the devices it names — which is usually faster than describing the problem to us.
